Can I get emergency childcare today?
Often yes, if we have a spot. Call the centre and we will find the earliest available session. The sooner you call, the more likely we can help for same day or next day cover.
How much notice do you need?
For casual days, as much notice as you can give helps us hold a place, but short notice is often fine when there is availability. For genuine emergencies, call us and we will do our best to fit your child in quickly.
Does the Child Care Subsidy apply to casual bookings?
Yes. Casual and emergency sessions attract the Child Care Subsidy of up to 95% for eligible families, the same as permanent bookings, as long as your CCS is set up with Centrelink.
Do I need to enrol before booking a casual day?
Your child needs to be enrolled with us before their first session so we have their details and your CCS in place. Once enrolled, casual and emergency days are quick to book.
